We allow up to 14 days for returns from the day the item/s were delivered.
HOW DO I RETURN?
Step 1: Complete the returns form included in your order making sure to indicate the item/s you want to return
Step 2: Pack the item/s and return to the address indicated on the returns form. (Please be aware postage cost is covered by the customer)
Step 3: Please allow up to 5 working days for your store credit to be issued to your account which can be used towards your next purchase
Please note, unfortunately at the moment we do not offer free returns, so the customer will have to pay for returns shipping. We also ask customers to retain their proof of postage in the event the package is lost
WHAT CAN I NOT RETURN?
- Earrings (Hygiene Reasons)
- Lingerie (Hygiene Reasons)
- Items must not have been worn, with odour or damaged and must be in original packaging
- Items must have all tags and security ribbons attached & untouched
If we do receive goods that do not adhere to the former we will return the good to the customer and a refund /store credit will NOT be issued and returned back at the customers expense
I HAVE RETURNED MY ITEMS, NOW WHAT?
Once we have received your returns please allow up to 5 days for store credit to be issued. This will be in the amount paid for the returned good excluding shipping. Once issued the credit can be used immediately on both sale and full priced items.
We are currently unable to inform customers when their returns have been received however you will receive an email confirmation once your store credit has been applied.
