We allow up to 14 days for returns from the day the item/s were delivered. We are unable to accept returns received after this date. Please note store credit or return to sender shipping will not be accepted

HOW DO I RETURN?

Step 1: Click Here >>> Manage My Order

Step 2: Pack the item/s and return to the address indicated on the returns form. (Please be aware postage cost is covered by the customer)

Step 3: Please allow up to 10 - 14 working days for your store credit to be issued to your account which can be used towards your next purchase

Please note, unfortunately at the moment we do not offer free returns to customer outside the UK, so the customer will have to pay for returns shipping. We also ask all customers to retain their proof of postage in the event the package is lost 

WHAT CAN I NOT RETURN?

  • Earrings (Hygiene Reasons)
  • Lingerie (Hygiene Reasons)
  • Items must not have been worn, with odour or damaged and must be in original packaging
  • Items must have all tags and security ribbons attached & untouched

If we do receive goods that do not adhere to the former store credit will NOT be issued. And as faulty goods returned to the warehouse are usually disposed of, we will also not be able to return the item to the customer

I HAVE RETURNED MY ITEMS, NOW WHAT?

Once we have received your returns please allow up to 14 days for store credit to be issued. This will be in the amount paid for the returned good excluding shipping. Once issued the credit can be used immediately on both sale and full priced items.

Store credit can now also be used in conjunction with discount codes. The discount code will need to be applied first from the cart and the store credit can then be applied on top at the checkout.

We are currently unable to inform customers when their returns have been received however you will receive an email confirmation once your store credit has been applied. 

CAN I USE MY STORE CREDIT WITH DISCOUNT CODES?

Yes. You can use your store credit in conjunction with discount codes. To do so simple:

1. Add your desired items to your cart

2. Click the cart, and scroll down and apply the discount code

3.Click "Checkout" where you will be taken to the checkout page where your store credit will also be applied to your subtotal
