No. All duties and import taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so your order arrives with nothing further to pay. There are no charges on delivery and no fees from the courier.

The duties amount is shown as a separate line at checkout before you pay, and is based on your delivery country and the contents of your order. For US orders this is set by current US import rules and can be a significant proportion of the order value, so please review the total before completing your purchase.

If a parcel is refused or returned to us undelivered, we'll refund the goods but duties and shipping are non-refundable, as these are paid to the carrier and customs authorities at the point of dispatch.

I HAVE PUT IN THE INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION AND NEED TO CHANGE IT?

If you need to change your delivery address after your order has been placed prior to your order being shipped, please Contact us with your Name, Order Number and the new full shipping address, and we should be able to help you provided the order has not yet been processed and shipped

If a change of address is made directly with our courier service, Sodah Brand will not be held responsible for lost or undelivered goods.

If an error such as an incomplete address is made during the input of your order in the checkout process, Sodah Brand have the right to charge a fee of £3.00 for all UK orders and £9.00 for all International orders in the circumstance of a parcel requiring to be re-shipped.

I BELIEVE MY PARCEL IS LOST?

Shipping charges on all orders for both UK and International countries is non-refundable. Sodah Brand cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels during transit, nor is Sodah Brand responsible for any parcel delays outside of the advised time frames. Please inform us within 30 days of dispatch if there is a delay.
