All orders are collected by our courier within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders are processed throughout each working day (Monday- Friday), excluding weekends and bank holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES OR CUSTOMS CHARGES?
Unfortunately, International taxes and custom charges are out of our control and you may be required to pay sales tax and or duty/Customs charges depending on your location. If you have concerns regarding applicable customs charges to your country or state, we advise you to contact your local customs office to find out what fees may be relevant to you. Taxes and customs charges are not the responsibility of Sodah Brand and are not included in the total of the order or shipping cost and are not responsible for any additional taxes or charges that may occur during the journey of your order.

I HAVE PUT IN THE INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION AND NEED TO CHANGE IT?
If you need to change your delivery address after your order has been placed prior to your order being shipped, please Contact us with your Name, Order Number and the new full shipping address, and we should be able to help you provided the order has not yet been processed and shipped
If a change of address is made directly with our courier service, Sodah Brand will not be held responsible for lost or undelivered goods.
If an error such as an incomplete address is made during the input of your order in the checkout process, Sodah Brand have the right to charge a fee of £3.00 for all UK orders and £9.00 for all International orders in the circumstance of a parcel requiring to be re-shipped.
I BELIEVE MY PARCEL IS LOST?
Shipping charges on all orders for both UK and International countries is non-refundable. Sodah Brand cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels during transit, nor is Sodah Brand responsible for any parcel delays outside of the advised time frames. Please inform us within 10 days of dispatch if there is a delay.
